Refund policy

How to Return a Product In-Store

No re-packaging, no processing time and no return shipment arrangements required – simply visit a clinic.

Take your unworn merchandise in its original packaging to any BioPed clinic (within 30 days of purchase).

You must have a copy of your Packing Slip (or Order Invoice) or the store will not be able to assist with your return without proof of purchase.

Please note: Your purchase must be re-packed with the return label provided to you inside of the package, please make sure your invoice is included in the package as well so that we can issue the correct refund. The store will gladly mail your package back to the Online store where at the time of receipt the refund will be applied to the original payment method on which you made the online purchase (this may take a day or two to show back into your account)

Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return or exchange..

The store associate will be happy to assist you immediately with your refund or exchange.
