Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund for the cost of the book(s) - less a 10% restocking fee - the book(s) must have been received back within 30 days of the purchase of your item(s).  The book(s) must be unused and in a "re-salable" condition and not have been photocopied.  You will NOT be refunded the original shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Items are to be returned to: JohnWyatt Publishing, 779 Stonebridge Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, US, 45233.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund for the cost of the book(s) - less a 10% restocking fee - will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank, credit card, or original method of payment. 

Late Refunds (if applicable): 
Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account due to the processing time necessary before refunds are posted to your bank, credit card company, or other method of payment.  If it does not appear, first contact your bank, credit card company, or other method of payment.

If you’ve done all of this and a full week has passed, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at john@johnwyattpublishing.com.

Exchanges (if applicable): 
We only replace items if they arrived to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the item showing the defect or damage to  john@johnwyattpublishing.com.  We will then respond with the resolution. If the item is to be returned, send the item to: 779 Stonebridge Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, US, 45233.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item(s). Shipping costs for returning your item back to JohnWyatt Publishing are non-refundable. You will NOT be refunded the original shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
