To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. IE. (No holes cut or major scratches.) It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the product was received.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Any late or missing refunds must be followed up through your payment issuer.
We will supply any support needed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, items shipped in error, or items damaged in shipping. The items to be exchanged must be received and inspected by us first.
An RA# must be obtained before returning any items, and be visible on the shipping label. Any returns without an RA may be refused and returned to sender.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information. We will contact you to supply you with a RA# at that time.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return less freight. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will follow up on the return.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
When you are shipping an item, you MUST use a traceable shipping service. Purchasing shipping insurance is recommended. If you ship product back without being able to provide a proof of delivery we will NOT issue a refund or exchange.
