<p>Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.</p>
<p>Replacement or refund eligibility is determined by Wild Meadow Farms on a case by case basis. If an order is deemed eligible, Wild Meadow Farms reserves the right to choose between refund or replacement of the defective/damaged product.</p>
<p>Late or missing refunds (if applicable)</p>
<p>If you have been promised a refund, but have not yet received it, first check your bank account or credit card again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.</p>
