<p>If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of the produce items in your delivery or notice an item is missing from your order (and there is no out of stock card in the box), simply email us at boxes@goodharvest.com.au and let us know.</p>
<p>We offer a 100% <em><strong>replacement guarantee.</strong></em> This means we will replace any items that fail to meet quality standards for free in your next order! Please let us know of any immediate quality issues within 24 hours of delivery.</p>

<h3>Cancelling orders</h3>
<p><meta charset="utf-8"><span>If you wish to cancel an order once it has been processed, administrative fees of $5 of the total order value will be deducted from any refunds owing.&nbsp;Orders on subscription should be edited prior to processing Wednesday evening.&nbsp;</span><br><span>No changes or cancellations will be accepted after these cut off times.</span><br><span>You must pay for any products (including any delivery fees and taxes) which you have ordered if you attempt to cancel or change orders after these cut off times.</span></p>
