Refund Policy

  RETURNS POLICY

THREE REASONS FOR RETURNS
1. Defective Item.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Wrong Size.

TERMS
* All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We will not accept items that have been washed or worn; that smell of detergent, cologne, smoke, etc; have stains, holes or other blemishes, etc. Hats with bent bills will not be accepted and equipment with clear use and abuse will not be accepted. 
* All returns must be authorized.
* Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of the original ship date.
* If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification we will not authorize your return or exchange.
* Shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Request authorization for a return by contacting customer service at info@thesefistsfly.com.
2. Package your item(s) and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
3. Include the original invoice with the returned item(s) and please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
4. Use the delivery service of your choice and return to:

*All items/packages confirmed by tracking as delivered are considered complete. Any lost or stolen packages that occur after packages have confirmed delivery by tracking are not covered by These Fists Fly. Please insure that you have a safe place to receive packages.*
