RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

Returns:
INT Softboards accepts returns:
- within 30 days of receiving the merchandise
- if the merchandise is unused and in it's original condition and packaging

If the aforementioned criteria has been met and we receive and accept the returned merchandise, we will refund the value of the returned merchandise. We will not refund the value of the shipping from the original purchase order nor reimburse the value of the shipping to return the merchandise to us.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. If we accept your returned merchandise, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your credit card company or bank before contacting us. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to complete. If it has been at least 5 business days since the refund was processed and you have contacted your credit company or bank and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable):
INT Softboards accepts exchanges:
- within 30 days of receiving the merchandise
- if the merchandise is unused and in it's original condition and packaging

If the aforementioned criteria has been met and we receive and accept the returned merchandise, we will apply the value of the returned merchandise towards the merchandise you would like to receive. If the merchandise you would like to receive is a different value than the merchandise from the original purchase order, we will either refund the difference or you will have to pay the difference before we ship the requested merchandise. We will not reimburse the value of the shipping to return the merchandise to us and you will have to pay for the shipping on the merchandise you are exchanging for.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange merchandise.

If you are shipping merchandise that is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
