RETURN POLICY :
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CUSTOM DUTIES/ ADDITIONAL TAXES :: PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY.
Any Extra IMPORT DUTY, CUSTOM DUTY, LOCAL TAXES or Local Surcharges charged by your Local Authority, Customs or National Government or Shipping Companies, as per the prevalent LAWS of your country, State or Province will be fully payable by The customer.
We take no Responsibility for the extra charges levied on your package on the entry into your Country or State.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Goods will not be exchanged. They can be Returned and refunded on receipt of Original goods.
PARTIAL REFUNDS :
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Garments/ Furnishings/ Decor Products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is received by us more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. No refund will be given in such cases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 48-72 hours of the receipt of your item.
Only the Price of the Item(s) bought will be refunded. Shipping Charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
The Return Shipping charges have to be borne by the buyer.
LATE REFUNDS (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be returned nor refunded.
OUR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
