Refund Policy

  RETURNS and REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE: The following information only applies to online purchases. Purchases made in our London studio shop have rights that follow standard UK Trading Regulations.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days after you receive your order. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Past 14 days and we shall not be able to exchange or refund. This conforms to United Kingdom and EU Distance Selling Regulations.

All goods returned must be in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that we consider to be damaged or that have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided.

      MADE to MEASURE items are not refundable or exchangeable.
      MADE to ORDER items can be exchanged but are not refundable.

To complete your return, you must contact us requesting a return .  Please email us telling us why you wish to return, including your order number. We will reply giving you details of how and where to return. Please do not send your purchase back to us before we have emailed you these details, as dependent on the item, we may need it returned to different addresses.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please consider using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your return in transit back to us.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if returned from outside the EU and your returns package is not clearly marked for Customs as a Return. If the item is not clearly marked for Return, UK Customs will require duty to be paid, which we are not liable for, and therefore we will not accept the return, meaning the package will be returned to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION REFUNDS
Buyers from outside of the European Union. If you decide to cancel your order and we have already sent your order to you before you decide to cancel, then we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 30% of the item(s) and deduct this from your refund, once the item(s) are returned to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days. 

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Made to Measure items cannot be exchanged.
We will exchange a Made to Order item once, at our discretion.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
A shipping charge will be applicable by us for shipping the exchange. This shipping charge will be our standard shipping charge to your geography.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you would like an  exchange please email us requesting an exchange including your order number in the email. We will reply giving you details of how and where to return. Please do not send your purchase back to us before we have emailed you these details. 

SHIPPING
We operate a flat rate shipping cost for your geography. This rate is per order, which means you may order as many items as you wish for this one rate.

Your country, if outside the EU, may charge import taxation on your order. We are not liable for these charges.
