Refund Policy

  Easy returns within 7 days of receiving your order, on ready to ship items. Custom made jewelry is final sale. If you would like to return an item, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at TradecraftJewelry.com/contact.  For returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation, and your return package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization.  This allows the wearer plenty of time to try on their jewelry, make sure it fits, they like the look and feel, and it works with their daily routine and lifestyle.  Jewelry must be returned in the same brand new condition it was received.  Returns must be shipped with tracking, and be packaged in their original box, packaging, and bubble mailer (or padded equivalent) to prevent damage. Items that have been damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded, and will be sent back to the buyer.  Returns sent without any return authorization, or past the 7 day return period will be sent back to the buyer. 

Ring resizing is $15 per ring.  In some cases we can size rings up 1/2-1 size, but we usually can not size them down (a local jeweler can do this for you) so please be sure of your ring size when ordering.  You can click the "find my ring size" button on the product page to verify your ring size before purchasing.  You can also get your ring size taken at any jewelry store, even the jewelry counter at Walmart.  We can also send you a free ring sizer in the mail after you've ordered to confirm your size.

For a resizing or repair, all pieces must be included, within 30 days of receiving your jewelry.  After 30 days, a local jeweler will be able to perform these generally inexpensive services for you should you ever need them.  We will not repair, refund, or exchange a ring that has been altered in any way.
