LE3NO Clothing prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 45 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund. Any item(s) returned after 45 days of purchase will be automatically charged a restocking fee of 25% of the item price. Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. LE3NO Clothing will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days of purchase date.

All Sale Items and Clearance purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don't worry -- please go ahead and replace an order for the correct size or color, and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you a full refund.

For a Return Request, please send an email to: Customerservice@le3no.com. In this email, please include your First and Last name, Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return; and your reason for the return. We will respond back to you as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has received your item and has been checked in, we will issue you your refund.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery, in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
