Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and refunds can only be made for non-food items. We cannot take returns for any food product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is defective, or delivered damaged please contact us immediately and we will begin the process to replace the items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, coffee, tea, syrups, concentrates, powders, or any item that is mixed with another in preparation for human consumption cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been previous worn (clothing) or used to store food ie-mugs, cookware, airpots.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift Cards sold through the website and only redeemable on the website.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, but has a manufacturers warranty and other agreements were made outside of this policy (contracts set forth between purchaser and seller).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm with you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return processing can take 2-4 weeks before before approval, but generally it can happen in much less time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and wholesale priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com before you attempt to send you item to: 1852 Fescue St. SE Albany Oregon US 97322. - an RMA approval must be obtained before we will accept any items for exchange. If an RMA approval is not acquired before you send the item to us, we will deny the shipment and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we do not process returns, refunds or exchanges on gifts. Gifts may include Gift Cards. Gift Cards are redeemable on the website for purchasing other products/goods only. They will not be exchanged for cash or refunds.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund with you. The original purchaser must make the request to us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product after getting an RMA approval, please address the shipping label to:

and be sure to include a copy of the approval printed and inside the box with the item. If this is not in the box with the item, your item maybe misplaced and processing your return will take much longer than expected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you send certified signature. We also recommend any item over $100 have additional shipping insurance purchased from the shipper. Shippers usually only cover up to $100, and if the package is lost or damaged will only refund you up to $100.
