Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. If you need to return an item for refund or exchange for the same item, send us an email at parkersclothing@tds.net.  

Shipping 
If you need to return an item, we will send a prepaid label to your email. You should mail your item to: Parker's Clothing LLC, 39 Lance Street Suite 4, Blue Ridge, GA 30513-8024.

For a refund, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For an exchange, you will not be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you we have processed your returned item.  
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company or bank.
(There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.)
