LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Products & Services are provided “as is” with no liability, to the extent as permitted by law; e.g. under no circumstances will CineStill, inc. or it's creators be liable for loss and damages, neither direct nor indirect, consequential loss or damages, business interruption. Without limiting the foregoing, the creators of CineStill´s liability arising with respect to an order will not exceed the total fees paid or payable related to a specific order.

 

RETURNS:
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team. If you would like to return a product, please contact support@cinestillfilm.com via email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as film, chemistry, or any dated materials cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, pending inspection):

Returns must be shipped to our Hollywood, CA office location for inspection (see address below). AFTER approval from the Customer Service team, please ship to: CineStill Inc, 1300 N. Wilton Pl, Hollywood, CA 90028. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your product is defective, CineStill will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. 


REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If we receive a notice of intent to cancel a purchase before the items are dispatched from the warehouse for fulfillment, we are generally able to successfully cancel it and process a refund. If you refuse a shipment upon delivery and it is returned to sender, we will refund the items in your order. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds unless the carrier approves a Lost in Transit claim. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cinestillfilm.com.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cinestillfilm.com

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
