<br />Tenpawssg follows a no-refund, no-return, no-exchange policy as we are concerned about the possibility of fleas/ticks or fungal/skin bacteria passing around the dog community where good/clothes are tried on and returned due to un-fitting sizes.</p>
<p>We work hard to provide accurate measurements on all item descriptions and we strongly encourage all owners to compare the measurements against their pets to ensure the sizing is suitable before making purchases.</p>
<p>HOWEVER, we will make refunds or exchanges for defective products.</p>
<p>Defective products exchange/refund
<br />Tenpawssg has been working hard to provide better quality assurance by checking all items before mailing them out to our customers. We apologize if you have received any defective or faulty products! If you have received a faulty or defective product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much details of the defect as possible. We will revert to you within 1 to 2 working days.
<br />Please note that we will exchange defective items with the exact same piece and size (no change to sizes allowed) unless the item purchased is OOS.
<br />We will reimburse normal postage for the defective item sent to you and please note that there will not be any refunds unless the item that you have purchased is OOS.</p>
<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.</p>
<p>If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.</p>
<br />Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.</p>
