<p>WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?</p>
<p>We work from a simple no-quibbles policy of 30 days returns policy after your purchase for any product damaged or not delivered in the condition it should be. All other refunds for DVDs, BDs and CDs outside of the standard remit laid out by the Distance Selling Regulations are at our sole discretion. </p>
<p>WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?</p>
<p>Our default in case of damage is a like-for-like replacement unless stated otherwise on the assumption you still wanted the product. If this isn't the case just drop us an email and we'll sort out a refund after the damaged goods are returned. </p>
<p>HOW LONG DOES YOUR POLICY LAST FOR?</p>
<p>Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.</p>
<p>HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?</p>
<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.</p>
<p>ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CAN'T RETURN?</p>
<p>Alas yes - only the following can't be returned:</p>
<p>- Gift cards
<br />- Downloadable software products</p>
<p>HOW DO I COMPLETE A RETURN?</p>
<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website. All purchases from other retailers must go via them.</p>
<p>ARE THERE ANY TIMES WHERE IT IS UP TO YOUR DISCRETION?</p>
<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our sole discretion:</p>
<p>- Book with obvious signs of use
<br />- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
<br />- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
<br />- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery</p>
<p>DO I GET MY SHIPPING COST BACK?</p>
<p>If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. </p>
<p>You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).</p>
<p>REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):</p>
<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.</p>
<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.</p>
<p>WHAT IF MY REFUND IS LATE OR HASN'T ARRIVED YET?</p>
<p>If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.</p>
<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.</p>
<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.</p>

<p>EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):</p>
<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kerry@alltheanime.com and we'll arrange how to get the item back to us.</p>
<p>GIFTS:</p>
<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.</p>
<p>If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.</p>
<p>SHIPPING:</p>
<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. </p>
<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.</p>
