If for any reason AZZURX does not meet your expectations, you may return the box and any unused product for a refund of your purchase price. To be eligible your return must include the AZZURX branded box. AZZURX will refund the purchase price on the FIRST BOX as long as the box is returned to BOTANICX AG. To qualify for a refund on more then one box, the additional boxes must be returned intact in unopened new condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
