Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are
a. not happy with a product or
b. have received an incorrect or damaged order,
Please do get in touch with us with a video of the opening process within 24 hours of receiving it.
Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue.
We do our best to ensure every order is perfect, but in case it’s not, we’d love to make it right!
Once an order is prepared/shipped, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes. Before that any changes please call us to confirm the possibility.
