At Bhold we want you to Bhappy with your purchase. But if something isn’t right, here’s what to do:

If your piece arrives broken, let us know right away by sending us an email with a picture of your broken piece at We’ll mail you a new one.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 15 days from the day it arrives at your local post office or carrier to return it. Send a note to with your tracking number (which should have emailed to you when your item shipped) and tell us why it’s not working for you. If the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, mail it back to us in its original packaging and you’ll get a full refund for the purchase price. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’d like us to issue you a return shipping label, just let us know and we’ll issue and process it as a deduction from your refund.

We’ll notify you by email when your return item is received and inspected. We must receive the item in order to process the refund, so you may consider adding tracking and shipping insurance for the value of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 7-10 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges and replacements would be processed as new orders and would also need to be requested 15 days from local carrier receipt. Please follow the steps above for your original order, and if approved, the credit from the original order would be applied to your new order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, follow the steps above and once the returned item is received and approved, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please ask the gift giver to follow our policy above.
