Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii strives to provide excellent customer service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. Should you feel the need to return an item, you must contact customer service first.

We offer return and exchange options for merchandise & non-perishable items but cannot accept any returns or exchanges on consumable goods like coffee, candy or tea.

Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full amount of product and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened (within 30 days for merchandise) of delivery, we will refund the full amount of the product returned. Return shipping and insurance fees are the customers responsibility.
