Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 30 working days from receiving the goods. It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Opened goods by you (customer) won’t be refunded unless are founded faulty:
1) To consider a purchased good faulty Cafazzini Team will require to inspect the goods therefore you (customer) need to send the goods back to Cafazzini.
2) After inspected, If goods result faulty Cafazzini will exchange the faulty goods.
3) After inspected, if the goods does not result faulty Cafazzini will send you the goods back.
