(Repat) accepts no responsibility for items that are shipped to Repat and Repat shall not be liable for any such lost or damaged items. Purchaser maintains all risk of loss until delivery of such items to Repat. Repat disclaims all warranties of any kind (except as may be expressly provided), including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Repat or any of its directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplarily, incidental special or punitive damages, including for any lost profits or lost items arising from the use of our service and purchase or our goods. Repat’s liability to you or any party claiming through you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the purchase price paid, if any, by you to Repat for its goods and services. <p>The customer understands that they are purchasing a t-shirt quilt made from their t-shirts. This t-shirt quilt making process expires 3 months after the customer makes the purchase. The purchase amount is refundable within that 3 month period and before the customer sends in their shirts. After the three month period expires, and the customer has not send their shirts in, the amount paid for the t-shirt quilt is NON-REFUNDABLE.</p>
