Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, if your item qualifies for a return.
Truth Saddlery's apparel, jewelry, hat and lifestyle line products are eligible for refunds or exchanges as long as they are returned in their original packaging, unused and returned exactly as you received it. We do not approve refunds if your order was custom made. Final approval of your return or exchange will be made upon our inspection of your returned item after we receive it.
All of our in stock saddles and pre-owned saddles are also eligible for the 15-day return policy. This allows you to determine if fit is good for you and/or horse. Your item must be in its original packaging, unused and returned to us exactly as you received it. Final approval of your return or exchange will be made upon our inspection of your returned item after we receive it.
Truth Saddlery Custom Saddles are NOT eligible for returns. These include, but are not limited to, our Trophy Saddles, Victory Saddles, Qualifier Saddles, Proline Saddles, and Legacy Saddles. These are all custom built and made to order based on your specific needs and fit. If there is an issue with your saddle fit, or your saddle arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com. This also applies to any custom made leather goods ie, breast collars, wallets, belts, hats etc.
Any deposit or payment made on a custom built saddle is Non-Refundable for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
