While your book(s) and/or CD(s) should arrive in good order, we understand that sometimes things do go wrong during manufacture or shipping. Occasionally some pages get missed from the print run, or they're bound upside-down. Or a parcel gets damaged in transit.
Your original artworks will ship direct from the author/artist, and so they are responsible for choosing appropriate packing and shipping methods.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the Contact form on our website or via email to support [@] moshers.com.au within 7 days and explain what the issue is so that we can come to an agreeable resolution. Please specify what the issue is and explain what outcome you would like to achieve.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Print on demand quality
Please note that our books are mostly produced via print on demand technology. This quality is generally acknowledged as 'fit for purpose'. The suppliers we use are world-recognised leaders in print on demand technology (Ingram and Amazon's CreateSpace or KDP platforms), and so the books we order are generally fine for everyday reading.
