RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with goods bought online they may be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please email email@example.com to notify us about your return, and we will arrange the return with you. If goods have arrived damaged, we ask that – if possible – you provide photographic evidence of this. Please attach photos to your email.
To return your goods, please send in the original packaging, and include a copy of your proof of purchase (so that we know who you are) to:

Once we receive and inspect your return we will process a refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will receive credit back into your account within 5-10 working days. The refund will go back into the same account in which you made the original transaction.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we will process your refund.
Electric Bear Brewing Co will not accept responsibility for delivery failure if you have provided an incorrect address or contact telephone number. Please double check this information when placing your order.
If you have ordered an item of clothing in the wrong size, then you can request an exchange. You will need to follow the returns procedure above, we will process a refund for the item and the original delivery charge. You will then need to use our online shop to make a new order for your desired size, and follow the checkout process.
