YOU MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST CEASE VIEWING ANY PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
INE makes no warranty that the Software Product will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. INE makes no warranty that the operation of the Software Product will be secure, error-free, or free from interruption. YOU MUST DETERMINE WHETHER THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT SUFFICIENTLY MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY AND UNINTERRUPTABILITY. YOU BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS INCURRED DUE TO FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. INE WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF DATA ON ANY COMPUTER OR INFORMATION STORAGE DEVICE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL INE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF INE OR ANY OTHER PARTY, EVEN IF INE IS ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THAT THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION LIMITS INE’S ABILITY TO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THIS DISCLAIMER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
If any services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also must choose a password and a user name. You, the end user, are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all actions or activities that occur under your account, excluding any breaches of your account that occur within INE.
By initiating an INE member account, you agree to notify INE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. INE will not be liable for any loss that you incur due to the use of your password or account by any third party, either with or without your consent. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by INE that result from third party access to your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time as all member accounts are intended for use by the single intended registrant.
Each copy of INE training materials (“the Software Product”) and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold. This Software Product – including, but not limited to, All Access Pass or other streaming subscriptions, training bundles, individual course and video downloads, and workbooks – is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. INE or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “INE”), located at 575 New Waverly Place, Suite 201, Cary NC 27518, USA, own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The Licensee’s (“you” or “your”) license to download, stream, use, or change the Software Product is subject to these rights and to all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
By starting your All Access Pass membership, you expressly agree that INE is authorized to charge you a membership fee at the current published rate. By subscribing or purchasing subscription extension you authorize INE to charge your payment method now and again at the beginning of each subsequent renewal period. All subscriptions renew automatically using the payment information you have provided for your account, including periodic credit card updates. When you purchase an All Access Pass Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that INE is authorized to use the payment information provided for the renewal fee and process the fee automatically on your renewal date.
Your subscription to INE’s All Access Pass will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel your renewal prior to the end of said term. You must cancel your subscription renewal before the scheduled renewal date to avoid auto renewal and associated renewal fee. To cancel your subscription renewal, login to your account at members.ine.com and select ‘Manage Passes’, then select the ‘Cancel Auto Renewal’ icon under ‘Actions’. To cancel your subscription renewal via email, contact billing @ine.com with at least 48 business hours advance notice before your automatic renewal date.
All Access Pass Subscription fees must be paid via credit card only. Acceptance of any alternate forms of payment for All Access Pass Subscriptions are at the sole discretion of INE. Discounts and other promotional offers may only be valid for initial term. Special terms may apply to discounted or promotional subscription purchases. See specific offer for further details. INE may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided that INE provides notice at least thirty calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription. INE may terminate the subscription and these terms if unable to renew the subscription due to any issue with credit card processing, including but is not limited to inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
All Access Pass Subscription fees are final and non-refundable. The All Access Pass is a subscription service which will renew at the end of each term automatically. Subscription renewal fees for the six-month, one-year and two-year plans are eligible for refund up to seven days after your All Access Pass renews, providing your account has not been in use since the renewal date. Requests for refund must be received via email to billing @ine.com. Subscription renewal fees for one-month (monthly) or three-month All Access Pass Subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Consideration beyond the stated terms for refunding all or part of your All Access Pass Subscription renewal fee is at the sole discretion of INE.
All electronic product purchases and pre-orders, including but not limited to lab workbooks, streaming or downloadable courses, are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable to any third party unless a prior licensing agreement is documented in writing and approved by INE. Electronic accounts suspected of being used by any party other than the purchaser or single intended recipient are subject to revocation without prior notice at the complete and sole discretion of INE. Accounts suspended in this manner will not be eligible for refund nor store credit for any used or unused portion of the subscription or materials therein. All electronic products including, but not limited to passwords, dynamic URLs, unique and watermarks, are subject to copy-protection schemes. Any discounts, price modifications, or special deals offered by our sales team associates or website are valid only when purchased directly through INE.com by the end user and are not valid through any of INE’s affiliates, partners, or resellers.
Refunds for instructor-led bootcamps are not permitted for any reason. If you no longer wish to attend an instructor-led bootcamp you must notify INE in writing at least 60 days before the course start date. You are then eligible to receive a store credit that you may apply to another purchase. The store credit extended to you may not be valued at the full cost of your purchase if you received any promotional items or self-paced training materials with your bootcamp purchase. Store credit expires 180 calendar days from issue date and is not transferable.
If for any reason, you need to reschedule a bootcamp, or if you would like to choose your date and location after purchase, you must notify INE in writing at least 60 days before the bootcamp start date. At INE's sole discretion, you may incur a rescheduling fee if your request is placed less than 60 days before the original bootcamp start date. Rescheduling fees are based on current bootcamp list price and must be paid before you may attend.
Failure to attend your scheduled bootcamp without prior written notification will be considered a “no show” and the full bootcamp price will be forfeited.
INE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any bootcamp. INE shall not be liable for lost travel expenses or any other expense incurred by the student related to a rescheduled bootcamp. INE assumes no liability in the case of war (declared or undeclared), natural or man-made disasters, delays or inability to travel, or other forces outside of INE's control through which INE determines attending a bootcamp may cause risk to students or INE employees.
Bootcamp confirmation will be provided 45 days before the start date. Bootcamps for which the running dates are changed 45 days or more before the originally-scheduled start date are considered “rescheduled,” not “canceled.” In the unlikely event that INE must cancel a Bootcamp within 45 days of the scheduled start date, we will contact and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Before one can reserve a seat in an upcoming on-site bootcamp, a valid INE order must be placed. A valid order consists of an order paid in full using an approved payment method, for which the initial payment has been made on a payment plan, or with receipt of an approved purchase order.
Any electronic materials included with the bootcamp purchase will be fulfilled to your account upon payment completion, the first payment of a payment plan, or receipt of a valid purchase order.
Bootcamp orders must be paid in full before the student may attend class.
Bootcamp must be paid in full before any applicable promotional materials can be ordered or delivered.
Bootcamp rescheduling fee will apply regardless of the payment method selected. Please refer to the rescheduling policy for further details.
If a visa invitation letter from INE is required to attend your scheduled on-site bootcamp, please plan your payment accordingly. Bootcamp orders must be paid in full before we are able to issue visa invitation letters to students.
The reseat/retake terms in place at the time of purchase will apply to your case. Re-seats are available for bootcamps of the same type, or for bootcamps that have replaced the course you originally attended. You must attend your initial bootcamp before you can register for a re-seat. You may only register for one reseat at a time and must attend the reseat session before scheduling another re-seat. Students may schedule a re-seat for any upcoming bootcamp date, excluding those marked “Sold Out”. Any outstanding fees, including rescheduling fees, must be paid before you can register for a re-seat. You must agree to the reseat terms before you may register.
Effective November 1, 2017, bootcamp students may purchase re-seats at a reduced rate for two years from the date that you attended your original class. At the close of the two-year timeframe, bootcamp students have the option to purchase two more years of discounted re-seats. Re-seat fees are applicable for all tracks. Re-seat fees for bootcamps 6 days or longer are $1000 per re-take. For bootcamps of 5 days or less, the cost is $500 each time you wish to re-sit. In addition to the reseat fee, if you received a discount on your original purchase, you must pay the difference between list price at the time of purchase and the discounted rate received. If any promotional items (i.e. free travel vouchers, electronic devices, etc.) were included with your bootcamp purchase, you will be required to pay the cost of that item (up to $500) in addition to the reseat fee. Requests for reseats after your two-year timeframe will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Reseat policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of INE.
We are happy to accept purchase orders. INE provides electronic email invoicing only. The purchase order payment terms are NET 30 from the invoice date. The available payment methods for purchase orders are credit card, check, or bank transfer. A 1.5% per month (18% APR) late penalty will be added to all invoices not paid by the due date.
At INE’s discretion, regular priced purchases of $999 or more may be eligible for an installment-based payment plan via credit card. Any order which contains discounted or promotional pricing is not eligible for payment plan processing unless specified by the billing department. A processing fee will be applied to all payment plan orders calculated at 5% of your order total. This 5% fee will be processed with the first payment. A minimum of 25% of the order total is required as the initial payment (+5% processing fee). The remaining balance will be spread over the remaining term, not to exceed a total of four months. This is not a credit or financing plan and no interest charges are incurred from INE, except for the initial 5% processing fee.
The 5% processing fee is non-refundable.
Example: You place an order for $4,000 and choose a 4-month payment plan. You must pay $1,000 for your initial payment, plus the 5% processing fee of $200 at the time of placing your order. Your first payment would be $1,200. The remaining $3,000 order balance will be processed automatically by INE over the next 3 months, at $1,000 per month.
If your order is placed within regular business hours, our Customer Service Department (email@example.com) will contact you by end of day to gather payment information. Training materials will be delivered to your account after the first payment is complete. You may also contact us for immediate processing at 1-877-224-8987.
To simplify the billing process and help you plan expenses accordingly, the following payment schedule applies to all orders on a payment plan:
For orders placed on the 1st through the 14th of a month, your subsequent billing dates will be the 14th of each month. For orders placed on the 15th through the end of the month; your subsequent billing dates will be the 28th of each month. Your initial down payment and your first monthly payment will not be processed during the same calendar month unless otherwise specified. For example, if you place your order on January 17th, your initial payment, plus 5% processing fee, will be charged that day and your next payment will be processed on February 28th. These terms are subject to change at the discretion of our Billing Department.
Order total: Your order total must amount to $999 or more to qualify for a Payment Plan.
Term Length: Available Payment Plan terms are 2, 3, or 4 months.
Payment method: Payment Plan purchases must be made by credit card. INE accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit or Debit Cards. No other payment methods are accepted for payment plan orders. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize INE to keep your credit card information on file during the length of the installment term to process the automatic payments.
Initial down payment: All Payment Plans must begin with at least a 25% down payment plus 5% processing fee. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of our billing team.
For ALL Payment Plans with any “onsite scheduled instructor-led training”: Your order must be paid in full prior to the class start date.
For ALL Payment Plans that include any physical products that are shipped to you: Your order must be paid in full before the shipment can be processed.
If your installment charge ever fails on your credit card for any reason, you will be contacted by our billing department via email. You will have 5 days from that day to respond to the email and correct the declined payment with our billing team (please ensure “billing @ine.com” is on your email “whitelist”). If, on 5th business day following the failed payment, we have not heard from you nor have arrangements been made to process the payment using another method, your account will go into default and will be suspended from all access to your training materials, including those previously available in your Member Account and not associated with the unpaid order. To reinstate access to your account after it has been suspended, your remaining balance must be paid in full. If your payments have lapsed more than 90 days, a $100 reinstatement fee will apply (along with your remaining payment balance) to reactivate access to your account. If your payments have lapsed more than 365 calendar days, your order will be permanently cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited. Further, your account access will be revoked and will not be eligible for reinstatement. At the discretion of management, INE also may report any unpaid order balance to a debt collection agency.
If your payment plan purchase includes an All Access Pass Subscription and your account access is suspended due to non-payment, you forfeit the subscription time lost while your account was suspended. Any exceptions to the Payment Plan Policy are at the sole discretion of the billing department.
All purchases, including pre-orders, are final and nonrefundable. Product pricing is subject to change without notice. If there is a price drop within 48 hours of your original purchase, you may request a store credit for the price difference, provided your purchase was made at full price. This offer does not apply to any special deals, promotions or discounts you may have already received. This store credit is nontransferable and expires 365 days from the date of the original purchase.
Store credits and gift cards are utilized interchangeably and may be issued in a variety of cases including but not limited to bootcamp cancellation, price change credit or promotional offers. Store credit / gift cards are valid for 365 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated. After 365 days from issue date, any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Store credits may not be transferred nor converted into a cash refund under any circumstance. Store credits cannot be used towards a purchase that includes promotional materials, physical devices or INE gift card/s. These terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of INE.
INE Gift Cards are issued as 16-digit redemption codes and can be redeemed for any of INE’s training products. You can utilize your INE Gift Card towards the purchase of Rack Rental Tokens, Workbooks, or a Team Training Subscription via INE’s online store by entering your Gift Card Code at checkout.

Promotional offers may occasionally be available with specified purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or offers unless otherwise stated. The terms and conditions of any promotional offer are set out in the promotional material for such offer, which may vary from our standard terms and conditions, but remain subject to our End User License Agreement. INE reserves the right to discontinue promotions at any time.
Rescheduling of equipment rentals within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time is not permitted and cancellations are ineligible for refunds or store credit, except at the discretion of INE. No warranty is given, nor liability incurred by INE related to the functionality or access to equipment during the said rental period. Credit related to equipment problems may be given at the discretion of INE, depending on the nature of the problem. Please see the Rack Rentals page for more information about INE equipment rentals.
Rack token purchases are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. Tokens may not be exchanged or used toward the purchase of other products.
The number of rack tokens required to schedule rack rentals is subject to change without notice.
Cisco Titles – If Cisco announces a blueprint change affecting a product you purchased, you will have free, automatic access to the updated product when it becomes available, provided the announcement is made within six (6) months of your original purchase. Any errata or solutions guide updates made to workbooks will be posted in your Members account for the product you purchased.
INE Training Bundles - Customers are entitled to product updates only for courses contained in their original bundle at the time of purchase. Customers are not entitled to receive additional courses which have been added to the bundle after the original purchase date.
All Access Pass - Members always have unlimited access to our entire catalog of streaming online products, including all updates made to these products during active subscription term.
