Here at essential Flyfisher we would like to provide a good online shopping experience for our customers and happy with their purchases. If for any reason your items is not what you expected please contact us within 14 days for exchange or credit note.
Only under the following conditions can an item be accepted for exchange or credit note:
The item is returned within 14 days of the original receipt and a copy of a valid receipt
The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
How to return your item:
Contact Jules at email@example.com or on 03 63318944 to be provided a return reference number.
Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark with your reference number and your details for exchange or credit note. Return to 105 York Street, Launceston, 7250, Tasmania.
Faulty Items and Damages
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 03 63318944 and we will organise a replacement for you. We will require a photo of the item(s) and packaging to show the damage when item is received.
If you have not received your item within 15 business days please contact us so we can track your order.
Incorrect delivery address or undeliverable parcel
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send the item(s) again.
Here at essential Flyfisher will try and get your order processed and sent with 48 hours excluding public holidays.
We have a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $150 within Australia and we offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Most orders should be received 3-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer, please contact us if you do not receive your order after 15 business days so we can track your item(s).
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
