Just in case you wish to return or exchange the product you received, we have a very friendly returns / exchange policy.
Before you make a return request, please consider that these products are meticulously handcrafted by the artisans and some irregularities are distinctive and are inherent to the beauty of these creations. Still if you wish to return, please fine below our policy to assist you in the same.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Any product received by you can be returned within 7 days of receiving the same.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the invoice attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
In case you receive the package in damaged condition, please ensure you mention a comment regarding receipt of the damaged package while accepting the courier. Email us the photo of the damaged product at email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you the refund. Once processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (after deducting the Shipping charges), within a certain amount of days. For orders delivered via COD option, returns will be processed by cheque / bank transfer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be able to accept order changes or cancellations requests anytime before we ship your order. However, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the orders after shipping.
