Acceptance of your Order:
By placing an order with Danielle Foster Limited you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of you order. This email is not an acceptance of your order just a confirmation that we have received it.
A contract between you and Danielle Foster will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods have been dispatched to you. The products offered for purchase on Danielle Foster may be exclusive and made to order items. Please refer to the page of the product that you wish to purchase for an estimated delivery time.
Delivery of Goods:
Danielle Foster Limited aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from your order date. (Excluding Weekends and Bank holidays).
All Danielle Foster bags are provided with a dust bag.
All items will be dispatched using Interparcel. At the time of dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your order. www.interparcel.com
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated shipping times are used for guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. Danielle Foster Limited cannot be responsible for any delays caused by postal delays or custom clearance process. Custom clearance charges may vary, please contact your local custom office for more information. You will be required to sign for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods will be passed to you.
Payment:
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit and credit cards. Payments are securely processed through Shopify payment or Paypal service.
Your debit or credit card will be authorised and debited when your order is processed. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Danielle Foster Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
The Website:
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and accurate at the time of publication. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated on GBP, the actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate applicable on the day your credit/debit card company processes the transaction.
The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate. If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
