If you are unable to attend the event, you may send a substitute (send advance notice to director@wizardofads.com) or you may receive a refund according to the following schedule.

30 or more days before the event: 100% refund
29 or fewer days before the event, or no-shows: No refund, but you may still specify a substitute.

Exceptions to this refund policy: Refunds become unavailable the instant an event is sold out. This is due to the fact that our registration software will begin rejecting all who attempt to register for the event when the maximum number of attendees has been accepted.

Request for cancellation must be emailed to Jacob Williams at director@wizardofads.com

Do not consider yourself cancelled until you receive a reply from Jacob.
