Refund Policy

These are the conditions on which Casa e Cucina will supply products to you. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

You confirm that in ordering items you have relied only on the product descriptions and specifications contained in our collection catalogues and on no other statement or warranty.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS FOR ITEMS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

We require you to contact us immediately on receipt, if you claim that your item has been damaged on delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES OR CREDITS FOR DEFECTS

Subject to these conditions, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a product unless it proves to be defective.

We will replace items if they are found to be defective or refund the purchase price if you so choose. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@casaecucina.com.au and then send your item to: 56-58 Frenchs Rd Willoughby New South Wales 2068. We will allow a credit for the purchase price, should you wish to exchange it for a different item.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING

Unless your item is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund in relation to a damaged or defective item, the original cost of shipping will be credited to you.

If you are shipping an item purchased for more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
