The Zovuna return/exchange policy covers your purchase for 30 days. If 30 days have past by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Zovuna does not accept returns from other resellers. The item must be returned to the same seller from which it was purchased.
To initiate a return, send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Reason for return
- Order date
- Name of purchaser
- Email address of purchaser
Zovuna will provide a response email with instructions for returning the item.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Zovuna error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and call your credit card company. It may take a little while before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact Zovuna at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com.
To return an item, please mail it to the address provided in our response to your email. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that provides trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
