We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back. It’s that easy! We will gladly accept original tagged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition (for example, free from any stains, sweat, distinct smells including but not limited to perfume and deodorant, soil, self-tanner, deodorant marks, pet hairs, rips, tears, etc.) for a full refund within 7 days of delivery according to published mail carrier's tracking information.
Damaged and worn items will be rejected and will not be eligible for return.
All Pre-Orders, Special Orders, Final Sale and BOGO purchases are final and non-returnable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
Email customer service at email@example.com with your name, order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return and you will receive a RA# from a customer service representative.
Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
Please indicate the RA number (R502###) on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without this RA# the processing of your return may be delayed.
Mail your package back to us as soon as possible and please consider using trackable shipping and insurance.*

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (original shipping charges not refunded) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

The holidays are a time for cheer -- not stress -- so please don’t sweat it for purchases November 26 - December 25, 2021. Holiday return/exchange deadline is extended until January 15, 2022.

During Covid, holiday, weather-related circumstances, and other busy times, your order may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control.
