NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Air Happy you bought is defective. If this is the case, please contact us at info@happyairsofa.com and provide details of its defect.

Happy Air must be new in its original packaging and not been used. Nevertheless, the Happy Air may have been unpacked for checking its condition. Note that the original package must not have been torn.

Please provide us as much pictures as possible. No return or exchange will be granted for any product received dirty, damaged or defective, caused by you.

When we receive the defective Happy Air, we will carefully review and communicate with you by email, within a reasonable time, if the defect entitles you to a refund or a replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Happy Air. If necessary, we will send you a replacement. We will replace the Happy Air or refund at the purchase price, according to the original method of payment.
