RETURNS

WhyWhine.com feels confident that the products we offer are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your payment excluding shipping costs within 30 days from the date of original delivery based on the below terms. If the product is defective, we will replace the item or refund your payment whichever you choose, upon our receipt of the damaged item.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required for any return. To apply for a Return Authorization please email debbie@WhyWhine.com with your request. All requests must be made in writing to debbie@WhyWhine.com for your security as well as ours. Packages received without a return authorization will be declined and returned to sender.
Full instructions will be provided in the return authorization including Shipping Address and Shipping Instructions. As items are shipped from different warehouses, return addresses vary, which is why we do not publish the address here.
BROKEN / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Any defective product(s) must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or does not function as it should, WhyWhine.com will replace the product(s) at no charge.
TERMS OF RETURNS
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging, unopened. Items not returned in original retail packaging cannot be resold as new, therefore a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the return if received without original packaging or visibly opened.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Due to their seasonal nature, we do not accept returns on Christmas / Holiday / Event items. Unless we made a mistake in your order, or the items arrive damaged, these items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on the product, WhyWhine.com will not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us, we will replace the product upon return of the original order.
HOW TO RETURN
Upon receipt of your RETURN AUTHORIZATION from WhyWhine.com, please feel free to return items in original retail packaging, unused for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days from receipt of the item.
Feel free to use the shipper of your choice at your expense, however for your return protection we recommend that you insure the package for the full value of your original order. We certainly hope this is not the case, however, if your return is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with the shipping company and having an insured package will result in your reimbursement from them.
If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN RECEIPT AND PROCESSING
Please allow 14 business days for return processing. We process returns Monday thru Friday. Upon receipt and confirmation that items meet the above terms we will process a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
