Refund Policy

We do our best to ship healthy plants, carefully packed and promptly shipped. But we cannot offer any plant guarantee, because there are too many home garden variables that are outside of our control that can lead to the death of a plant.

Upon arrival of your order, please inspect the box before unpacking. If the shipping box is damaged, take a picture of the box for your claim. Dancing Oaks Nursery does not assume responsibility for plants damaged in transit. When damage is apparent, claims must be filed with the carrier. In no case will our liability exceed the price of plants purchased.

Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns upon receipt of your order. If we made a fulfillment mistake, then we will do whatever we can to correct the situation by way of replacement, credit or refund.

If we hear no concerns five days after receiving your order, we will assume that all is well. In no case shall any liability exceed the cost of the plants purchased.
