RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A full refund or exchange of your online purchase must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise that shows visible use or wear, or has been altered in any way is ineligible for refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must have original receipt and packaging. Gifts in new condition may be either exchanged or returned for a gift card of the purchase price.
Please contact us before making a return or requesting an exchange at email@example.com. We will then send you a return authorization number to be placed on the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
In the case of exchange of an item that qualified for free shipping, customer will be responsible for shipping charges on the replacement item.
Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 business days for return to be processed.
Special order items are not returnable and no refund or exchange can be made. Special orders include any items that have been altered or ordered to accommodate the customer’s request for an alternative style, size, or color that is not available in stock.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
