Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds
We want each customer to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we allow a 30 day return policy. We do not offer returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which is most frequently your online order number.

Partial Refunds

Sale Items
Some items that have been deeply discounted may not be eligible for return. Such items will be indicated as such in the product description.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of your email notification, please check with your bank or credit card provider. Due to processing times, this may be the cause of the delay. Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and choose to return, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you. Please contact us via email to return a gift. You can find our contact email on our website.

Refunds can only be processed on the original payment method provided for the order.

Shipping and Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be able to process your return if the item is not received.
