Refund Policy


Items purchased from Hunters Specialties online store may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided:
• The product is in resalable condition with original packaging. Must be undamaged, unused, unworn and unwashed.
• The product was defective or damaged at the time of receipt.
Must be returned with the original sales receipt/packing slip, all accompanying manuals and accessories.

A refund will be issued after the product has been received and inspected to verify it meets the above return criteria. The refund will be credited to the credit card provided on the original order. The original shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
• All return merchandise should be sent to the address below using the original packaging.
• The packing slip sent with the original order needs to be included in the return package. Please indicate what your return reasons are on the packing slip.
• If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a copy of the email confirmation sent to you when the order was placed.

Please be sure to select delivery confirmation when returning your product.

If you'd like to exchange your item, please return your item and place a new order online at the same time. Placing the new order now ensures that you will receive the item quickly and reduces the chance that your item will be out of stock.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Mouth Calls
• Closeout & Clearance Items
If you receive damaged or defective goods or an incorrect item, we may reimburse ground shipping costs to return the item. Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with the return form. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air.

Hunters Specialties reserves the right to limit or decline returns.
