For items that have not yet shipped, full refunds for unshipped items will be given upon written request of order cancellation.
We will accept returns or exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label (if applicable).
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receipt and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a refund.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You will receive an email to confirm the refund has been initiated. Refund credits are made to your original form of payment and may take several business days to appear in your account based on your bank's processing times.
