If, for any reason, you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so for a full refund of the cost of them item(s) or an exchange. Return/exchange requests can be made within 14 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out where to send returns and to let us know to look out for it.
Customers will be responsible for making sure that the item(s) return to us safe and sound. This will mean covering the cost of postage, and packaging them carefully. We would recommend using a signed for/tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for any returned items that get lost in the post. Items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Refunds will be made via your initial payment method.
