Our policy lasts 24 days. If 24 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer “free” returns and exchanges and we do not refund shipping and handling costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery date for return/exchange instructions
- Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of us providing the return/exchange instructions
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must also be in the original gift packaging.
Failure to comply to this policy will subject your order to restocking fees.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please allow at least 1 week (7 days after your return is received) for us to process your refund. You will not receive an email notification from us that your items were received.
If there are any issues, such as late return or failed inspection, we will contact you you via email.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (most likely 3-7 business days). The timing to receive your credit is dependent on your bank/credit card company.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

*Exchanges (if applicable)*
We do not offer “free” exchanges and we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange items, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your items and once we provide the exchange options, items to be exchanged must be sent back within 14 days.
Failure to comply with this time frame subjects your order for restocking fees.
If you received your items as a gift, we will need proof of purchase through the order information. We will require you to be provide us the order information, we will not contact the buyer. If we cannot verify the original order, then we cannot provide any refund, return, or an exchange.
If you’d like to return the items for a refund and if approved, then your refund will be in the form of store credit to be sent via email.
However, if the item was a gift and both parties (Seek for Chic and receiver of gift) did not acknowledge that it is a gift to be refunded through store credit, then the refund will be issued to the purchaser. Please note, the purchaser will be notified about the refund.
To return your product, please contact us for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
