Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Your refund will be processed within a day and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll investigate further.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Broken leaves in transit
In the rare cases that your leaves are broken on arrival please email ShipFoliage@gmail.com with a picture of your order and we'll send out a replacement. Every order is shipped with lots of love.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please send a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive at it's destination outside of the United States. We ship all of our products through the United States Postal Service which utilizes extensive shipping networks in a variety of countries.
If your delivery does not arrive within 14 days of shipping, we'll contact the USPS on your behalf to track down the delivery. If there's an issue with the address on your shipment, it will be returned to our office and we'll try to reship with a different address, or fully reimburse you.
If your shipment has been delivered to the address, we'll provide a partial refund for the leaves less the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we are following your exact specifications for shipping and do not take any responsibility shipping to an incorrect address.Opens external website in a new window.
