Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will be returned to the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization and shipping label.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For exchanges, you will receive a store credit which can then be applied to the item of your choice.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 19101 Mystic Pointe Dr, #1906 Aventura, FL 33180.
Please use the shipping label we provide to ensure that the shipment will be trackable and insured, as this is the only way guarantee that we will receive your returned item once shipped.
