Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of most items within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that made to order items, or items purchased at a discount greater than 30%, and sample sale items, are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, as our case and pouch are necessary to protect the item during shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will be returned to the customer.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For exchanges, you will receive a store credit which can then be applied to the item of your choice.
Late or missing refunds
If you have received our return confirmation but have not received your funds, please contact your credit card company (or applicable method of payment), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Please use the shipping label we provide to ensure that the shipment will be trackable, as this is the only way guarantee that we will receive your returned item once shipped.
