Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of most items within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that made to order items, items purchased at a discount greater than 30%, and sample sale items, are final sale.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, as our case and pouch are necessary to protect the item during shipping. Any item not in its original condition (with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) or returned more than 14 days after delivery, will be returned to the customer.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return please follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to your account (https://shopify.com/13559901/account)
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  If you need any assistance, please contact us at returns@twoofmost.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

For exchanges, you will receive a store credit which can then be applied to the item of your choice.

Late or missing refunds
If you have received our return confirmation but have not received your funds, please contact your credit card company (or applicable method of payment), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping

Please use the shipping label we provide to ensure that the shipment will be trackable, as this is the only way guarantee that we will receive your returned item once shipped.
