Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Festival is cancelled, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the Festival. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in Festival Organiser's reasonable opinion, makes the Festival materially different to the Festival that purchasers of the Ticket, taken generally, could reasonably expect. Amendments to the time-table or use of alternative teachers shall not be a material change.

3.2. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the Festival has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled event, however, the Festival Organiser will use its reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided at the time of purchasing the Ticket. It is also your responsibility to inform of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address You provided at the time of purchase.

3.3. Where the Festival is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the reschedule event or where there is a material change to the Festival, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with paragraph 4 below. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of the Festival, or for material changes to the Festival, will be limited to a refund as set forth in paragraph 4.

3.4. The total refund for a Ticket shall be the face value of the Ticket purchased. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Festival which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Neither the Festival Organiser nor forro-store shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the Ticket.

3.5. All other refunds are at the Festival Organiser's discretion.

3.6. If you desire to request a festival ticket refund, you must request the refund from the Festival Organiser. All communications or disputes regarding refunds are between the Organiser and you and will not be responsible or liable in any way for refunds, errors in issuing refunds, or lack of refunds in connection with the Services. All communications and disputes regarding chargebacks and refunds are between the Organiser and you and will not be responsible or liable in any way for chargebacks in connection with a Buyer's use of the Services. If you are a Buyer and you wish to request a refund in connection with an event listed on the Services, you should contact the applicable Organiser directly.

3.7. In relation to any refund set out above, reserve the right to keep up to 10% of your ticket value to cover operational costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
