SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
To return an item to our company, please follow these steps
• Call the Bruder.com Customer Care department at 888-827-8337 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA's will only be issued within 60 days from date of purchase.
• Include proof of purchase information and your RA number with your return. Please include reason for return with your shipment.

Processing:
• Your credit card will be credited within 14-21 days of item receipt. We cannot credit shipping charges on returns.
• All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All freight charges for returned goods are the customers responsibility.
• "Unsaleable" or discontinued merchandise can not be returned.
• Our products carry a 30-day, money-back guarantee. Bruder will replace any product found to be defective within one year. Proof of purchase required.

SHIPPING:
We ship UPS or USPS ground to any location, except P.O. boxes. Brokerage, customs, or any other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders are not accepted at this time. EXPEDITED shipping using UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day is available and will be calculated by weight of shipment.

Items generally ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order from our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia 30004.

Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon where your order is destined, but our experience has shown that most orders are received between 3 and 7 business days after leaving our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia. An e-mail message will be sent when your order ships. This e-mail will list your order number. Please retain this and reference your order number should you need to correspond with us.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS:
If you'd like your order shipped via expedited delivery, it must be placed by 1pm Eastern Standard Time or it will be shipped the next business day. Air orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times for air shipments range from 1-2 business days and may require your signature to be delivered. Keep in mind that air delivery times are measured in business days (not including holidays or weekends). We do not currently offer expedited shipping with a Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Shipping Fees, Import Licenses, Duties and Taxes:

CANADIAN ORDERS:

• Bruder.com is happy to ship to Canada. Just keep in mind that the final price in Canada will depend on the import duties which vary per your province.
• If any, customers are solely responsible for additional customs clearance fees. Bruder.com will not be held responsible or liable for these charges and cannot predict what the charges may be.
• Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.
• The purchaser is responsible for any, and all, additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.
• If a parcel is returned because of non-payment of duty tax, the credit back to the credit card will be minus the: SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGE.
