Physical releases are only returnable if faulty/defective

Free gifts or promotional items

Are there any charges for return?
There is no charge for return of faulty / damaged goods or if you received incorrect items in your order. We will cover the shipping costs in this situation, usually by refunding your original shipping charges.
You are responsible for return shipping charges if you are requesting an exchange due to wanting to try a different size item of clothing. Please read the sizing information provided on clothing product pages carefully before you order.

How soon will I get my refund (if applicable)?
If you are approved to receive a refund, you will be emailed once the refund has been issued and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
