There are no exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the purchaser. Each order is considered a Custom printing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to manufacturing defect, send us an email at email@example.com along with a photo of the defect. Our Customer Service Department will make arrangements for replacement if the issue falls within the warranty guidelines.
To return your product, you will be notified of the proper address to return a defective product once it has been deemed to meet warranty guidelines.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
