Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You have 30 days since the date of your purchase to decide whether you would like to keep your garments or return them to us.
If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original box containing all the custom packaging materials, and have the original manufacturer's hang tags attached.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Completing Your Return

To complete your return, you will need to generate a return document via our shipping and fulfilment service. Please follow the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail (you received this link from hello@arthurshirtley.co.uk when your order was despatched), click the "Return your order" button, and complete a few simple steps to generate a return statement and a shipping label.
You will have an option of requesting a refund, a replacement, or an exchange during this process.

Attach the shipping label to the parcel, and return your goods to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used for making your purchase, usually within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company or issuing bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, and unfortunately we cannot influence the banks' internal policies.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund or a confirmation of a pending refund from your card issuer, please contact us at hello@arthurshirtley.co.uk, and we will do our best to expedite the process.

Exchanges and Replacements

We are happy to replace any items that may be defective, damaged, or do not fit. Please follow the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail (you received this link from hello@arthurshirtley.co.uk when your order was despatched), click the "Return your order" button, and complete a few simple steps to generate a return statement and a shipping label.
You will have an option of requesting a refund, a replacement (for defective items), or an exchange (for items that do not fit) during this process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will receive a despatch notification via e-mail, and will be able to track the shipment's progress.

If you are shipping an item over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
