Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Figurines and blind boxes are final sale, except in the case that the figurine is damaged/missing parts. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, and photo evidence along with a detailed description of the damage must be included. If we determine that the item is damaged, we will exchange the damaged figurine for a new one. Shipping costs for this will be covered by you. Please note that damage done to the box will not be considered grounds for an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, your credit will be sent to you within a few days of approval.
Late or missing credit (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or credited. Sale items are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
